Family Portrait Sessions
I love portrait sessions and enjoy making them relaxed, spontaneous… and most of all fun. I especially like to capture children being themselves, creating opportunity for those beautiful candid moments that always end up being mum and dad’s favourite photos.
Please note that portrait sessions are extremely popular and limited to only four sessions a month.
What to Expect
I offer simple, honest, and authentic storytelling sessions for heart-driven families who want to capture ‘real life’. Sessions run from 1 – 3 hours and are generally photographed outdoors in natural light about an hour before sunset ‘golden hour’. Together we can arrange something fun for you to do to help create those ‘real life’ moments that feel natural, comfortable, and fun.
What to Wear
It’s a great idea to wear something you love, and feel confident in for your portrait session. I always recommend wearing smart, comfortable clothing with neutral or muted colours being a safe option (like these examples). However sometimes a pop of colour adds something special to your photos too so don’t be shy, wear something ‘uniquely’ you and brings out your true personality.
Investment
Family portrait and in-home family lifestyle sessions start at $650 and include 20 professionally edited images, a private downloadable proofing gallery, and print release. Each package includes the option to add-on extras such as upgrading your gallery so you can enjoy the entire collection, an emotive slideshow of images set to your favourite music, and quality heirloom albums, and prints.
